The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Hospitality Intern is responsible for learning and executing the various policies and procedures required of the Hotel and Restaurant positions. The position is also responsible for learning an overview of the aspects regarding guest service and restaurant operations.
